how do I sign up?
You can complete our booking form by clicking the button marked ‘SIGN UP’ at the top of this page. During the sign-up process, you will be asked to create an account, enter your address and contact details and then select the bin/s you want to be cleaned along with the frequency. This information will be sent to us in the office and we will create a schedule for you. You will also be able to add credits to your account safely and securely.
"i’ve just signed up" – what’s next?
Once we receive your completed booking form, we will assign your bins to a route and inform you of your first cleaning date. This is normally done within 24hrs but please bear with us if it’s a weekend!
when is my next clean?
Your bins will be assigned according to the frequency you have selected on the booking form (4 weekly/8 weekly) and we will send you a monthly email reminder before we are due to visit.
do you take my wheelie bin away to clean it?
No, CleanerBins offers a comprehensive on-site service that cleans, disinfects and deodorises without your wheelie bin leaving your home. We do not discharge our wash water at your premises as we have a self-contained unit which filters and recycles the day’s water.
where do I leave my wheelie bin?
We ask that you leave your wheelie bin outside your property so it can be easily seen by our Operatives preferably near the boundary line as requested by the council. Please note that we do not go into gardens or behind locked gates. If you have a special circumstance requiring additional assistance, please speak directly to the office and we will do what we can to help.
what if the council do not empty my wheelie bin?
Should your local council not empty your wheelie bin, you will have 12hrs prior to the clean to notify us of this issue either via telephone or email. By informing us, we can save the credit and the clean will roll forward onto the following month. However, if we are not informed, the credit will be used as our operative will have visited your premises.
what happens if cleanerbins arrive on the day of cleaning, but my bin was not out or empty?
You will be left a slip informing you if your bin was not empty/out and charged for this clean and a credit will be deducted unless we were notified of any issues beforehand.
what happens when my bin emptying schedule is affected by a bank holiday?
Your wheelie bin cleaning schedule will no longer be affected by Bank Holidays as you can now put your rubbish and recycling out as you would on a usual collection day.
